The Hinman Company worked in conjunction with American Village Builders to develop two sites for Walgreen's Co.  The site featured here is located at the intersection of Milham Road and South Westnedge Avenue.  The second site is located on the corner of Centre Avenue and Shaver Road.  Each site was completed and sold in early 2007.
