ANMAR ATCHU

Anmar
was raised in Glenview, Illinois. He attended Western
Michigan University and earned a Bachelors Degree in
Engineering Technology (Aviation Management) and a Minor
in Management. He began his career working for Mr. Hinman
directly out of college in 1993 and currently holds the
title of Vice President of Marketing and Leasing. Prior
to being promoted to this executive role, Anmar was the
Regional Director of Property Management and Leasing
for the company, in charge of Battle Creek, Michigan,
and Bolingbrook, Illinois. With current oversight of
all leasing of Mr. Hinman’s portfolio, Anmar remains
active in Battle Creek and Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Anmar is a member of the Downtown Battle Creek Association, the Commercial
Alliance of Realtors (CAR), the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC), Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors (GKAR), and the Michigan
Association of Realtors (MAR). He also sits on the Board of Directors
of the Battle Creek Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Kalamazoo
Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.
Anmar lives in Richland with his wife Sara and their two daughters. In
his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
