ANDY WENZEL
Director of Development

Andy grew up in Sturgis, Michigan. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Finance. He began his career in real estate in 1986, most recently working for National City Bank and Adams Outdoor Advertising. His real estate experience includes extensive focus on development, acquisitions, and leasing.

Andy has been involved in many community and professional organizations, including the Kalamazoo Chamber of Commerce, Western Michigan University Alumni Association, North Side Business Association, Kalamazoo Optimist Club, Greater Kalamazoo United Way, and Milwood Little League. Andy is also involved as a youth sports coach.

Andy and his wife Tamela reside in Kalamazoo with their daughter, two sons, and their Labradoodle (Willy). Andy enjoys golfing, skiing, fishing, and traveling.
